Placing Orders
By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending a confirmation to the email address you provided at the time of order.
Payment
All prices are listed in £. Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card on the checkout page. We accept payment with approved payment methods.
Delivery
Delivery charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. We strive to deliver your pizzas as quickly as possible, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
Product Information
We endeavor to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 15 minutes of placing it. We do not provide refunds or credits for any orders that have been confirmed and are in the process of being made.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MellowAtlas and its licensors.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
