'MellowAtlas started with a pure vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family opened our modest pizza shop in 1985, a locale firmly rooted in family tradition with recipes that have been passed down from ancestors.

Marco Bianchi, our founder, acquired the art of pizza-making on her extensive travels across Italy, apprenticing with skilled pizzaiolos in Naples, the origin of pizza. When she returned to the UK, she was committed to recreating the essence of genuine Italian pizza, complete with the age-old techniques and the finest components.

Our initial little 12-seat pizzeria has evolved into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness has remained unchanged. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and seek out the highest caliber of ingredients we can secure.

At present, 'MellowAtlas' is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, with a new generation leading our zealous crew. While we have adopted a few contemporary improvements, our core remains steadfast: to produce savory, genuine pizza that congregates folks together.
